Do you guarantee that the painting will reach me safely and in good condition?
Yes. We regularly send items across the globe and use a professional art shipping firm. Items are dispatched using a quick service, they are fully trackable, and a signature is required upon delivery. If you wish for your item to be sent in a custom made wood box we can provide a quote.
Are your packing and shipping rates competitive?
Yes. We regularly review market rates so that we continue to offer some of the very best rates available.
When can I expect to receive my item?
We usually dispatch within 2 working days from receipt of cleared funds. Large or particularly delicate items may require more time. Items often arrive the next day within the UK or 2 to 3 working days to Europe, US, Canada, Asia, and China subject to import and Customs clearance. If you have chosen enhanced packing (custom made wood crate) this requires additional handling time.
Can I purchase from you directly?
Yes, you may contact us directly as this is usually more economical for you.
How do you accept payment?
Bank transfer, UK cheques, and postal orders usually offer the most economical price for our clients. We also accept Paypal for an additional charge.
What are the terms for using Paypal?
Paypal offers buyer and seller protection when items, 1) are not collected in person, 2) are only delivered to the registered Paypal postal address, 3) are paid in full in one transaction and from a single Paypal account, 4) are dispatched within 7 days of receiving payment, and 5) if the item is greater than £150 a signature is required on delivery.
